The 2026 trade show calendar published by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) shows that preparations for the new year are picking up pace across the trade show industry. According to TOBB's announcement, a total of 289 trade shows will be organized across Turkey in 2026, 96 of which will be international in scope.

October stands out as the busiest month on the calendar. TOBB data shows 52 trade shows planned for October, while April and September follow closely with 41 trade shows each. Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, Ankara and Bursa are among the provinces set to host the most domestic trade show events.

This outlook makes clear that stand design and production processes need to be planned earlier than ever for brands. Companies taking part in international specialist trade shows in particular need to finalize their stand design, technical drawings, production, logistics and installation processes months ahead of the show date.
